Orders are begin processing immediately, so we are unable to make changes to your order once it is submitted. Please double check your selections prior to submitting your order! Orders are expected to ship in approximately 10 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges:

Due to the custom nature of YOUR ORDER, our organization will not accept any returns, exchanges or provide refunds on items purchased from the online store, unless the item is defective or incorrect due to the efforts of our vendor.

By checking out, each customer takes full responsibility for items purchased online. We will not accept returns on items that do not fit, as long as the item is the size the customer ordered. We recommend that all customers contact the organization representative to learn more about sizes. If name or design is wrong and is the fault of our vendor or the item is defective, we will need the item returned within 60 days of receiving the item and a replacement will be sent pending availability. No replacement products will be sent without the return of the original item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Delivery:

Depending on location of delivery, transit time can take 3-5 days. All products will be separated, bagged and will include an individual invoice. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
